The SHARK 1500 is a high-quality LPG pressure reducer designed for sequential gas injection systems with an engine output of up to 147 kW (200 hp). Its task is to vaporise and reduce the gas pressure supplying the engine and maintain adequate fuel pressure to ensure optimal operation of the entire system The reducer is equipped with a gas filter for the liquid phase and a solenoid valve for high flow rates. ALEX was the first company in Poland to use the valve with a diameter of 8 mm, which means that there are no restrictions in the gas flow that are strongly felt in the standard solution with a diameter of 3 mm due to enormous expenses.
The special design of the diaphragm ensures full performance and the absence of pressure drops over the entire load range. When developing the product, thought was given to the possibility of mounting it on two surfaces, which in many cases makes installation much easier for the installer.
All this enables the SHARK reducer - based on proven but also innovative solutions - to ensure long and trouble-free operation of the entire LPG conversion kit.
