DINITROL 6030 Alusoft is suitable for removing dents from car bodies, sheet metal constructions, for stripping machine housings, for repairing concrete, masonry, etc. Dents up to approx. 15 mm deep can be levelled in a single operation on vertical surfaces.
Due to the high aluminium content, increased corrosion protection is achieved. The sanding dust sinks down faster during dry sanding than with normal levelling compounds.
DINITROL 6030 Alusoft is particularly compact and non-porous.

Pre-treatment
The surface must be free of oil, dust, grease, loose paint, paint residue or rust. Roughening the substrate with sandpaper increases adhesion.
Application
The required quantity of levelling compound is mixed with 2 - 3% of the hardener paste and applied to the substrate with a spatula. Depending on the temperature and the amount of hardener added, the filler can be sanded after 15 - 25 minutes.
