Sikaflex®-529 Evolution is a sprayable, one-component sealant made of silane-terminated polymer (STP) that cures upon exposure to atmospheric moisture. Sikaflex®-529 Evolution is used to seal seams with a factory-finished appearance and surface texture in car body construction. Sikaflex®-529 Evolution shows good adhesion to most common substrates in car body construction such as metal primers and paints, metals and plastics. Surfaces coated with Sikaflex®-529 Evolution exhibit increased resistance to, for example, stone chipping.
