The Victron Energy GEL 12V deep cycle rechargeable battery features a lifetime of up to 20 years. The GEL models offer the best deep discharge resistance.
The use of high purity materials and lead calcium grids ensures that both AGM and GEL products have a particularly low self-discharge, so they will not discharge even if not charged for a long time. Both product ranges are supplied with drilled, flat M8 copper terminals that ensure the best possible terminal contact and eliminate the need for battery clamps. The batteries meet both CE and UL specifications and are made of fire-resistant ABS.
