Which automatic satellite system, satellite dish is right for my camper, motorhome or caravan?
- Duo models have a satellite dish + terrestrial antenna on top. When the antenna is closed (because the camper is under trees or when it is too windy), you can achieve terrestrial reception.
- On theAir models (for 72cm and 85cm), the satellite dishes are drilled to have an air passage through the dish. This helps large antennas to have lower wind resistance.
- Twin models have a double LNB output with 2 cables coming from the LNB to provide the signal on two different TVs. This allows you to watch two different channels at the same time. As more and more RVs are equipped with two TVs, twin satellite dishes from Antarion are becoming more and more popular.
- Skew models have a motorized LNB system, which is very useful when you travel to distant regions such as Portugal or North Africa. If you are far away from your country, the LNB angle must be changed to reach the signal of the satellite. With normal antennas, the end user has to change the angle manually by rotating the LNB directly on the roof. With an angled antenna, the antenna automatically adjusts the angle of the LNB so that the end user does not have to change it manually.
