Einbaulage und Winkel:
Besonders bei Zylindertanks ist die Einbaulage entscheidend:
Flüssigentnahme-Tanks werden meist in einem Winkel von 52° eingebaut. Dieser Winkel ist auch auf der Ventilplatte sowie an Schwimmern für Füllstandsanzeige und Füllstopp eingestanzt. Dementsprechend muss darauf geachtet werden, dass die Ausrichtung des Tanks oder der Ventilplatte am Tank genau so 52 Grad beträgt. Bei Sicherheitsventilen und Entnahmeventilen gibt es wiederum keine Unterschiede in den Einbaulagen.
Brenngastanks (Gasphase) haben andere Einbaulagen, typischerweise:
- 0° oder 90° – bei Einbau auf der Ladefläche
- 105° – bei Unterflur-Einbau (damit das Entnahmerohr nach unten zeigt, was platzsparender ist und die Wartung erleichtert)
Wichtig: Die Einbaulage ist fest vorgegeben und ebenfalls auf dem Typenschild eingestanzt. Ein Tank mit 90°-Lage darf nicht in 105°-Lage verbaut werden – sonst funktioniert die Entnahme nicht korrekt.
