Lovato Injector LPG CNG JLP4 XP – 4-cylinder

The Lovato XP injector rail is used for the precise metering of gaseous fuel in sequential LPG systems. The four injectors are arranged in a compact rail and are suitable for 4-cylinder engines.

The XP injectors have been developed to ensure a long service life, reliable performance at low temperatures and improved resistance to contaminants in the gas. The coils, with a resistance of 2.6 ohms, provide a balanced ratio between fast opening and closing times and long-term durability.

The moving injector core features a friction-reducing surface treatment. A durable sealing element improves resistance to mechanical stress and chemical corrosion. The straight-arranged AMP Superseal connectors reduce stress on the wiring harness and allow for space-saving installation.

Note

The calibration nozzles must be sized in accordance with the engine power, the fuel used and the settings of the LPG conversion kit. The manufacturer’s part number and the electrical and mechanical connections must be checked against the existing system prior to installation. Installation, calibration and leak testing must only be carried out by suitably qualified technical staff.
