This connection adapter enables the extendable injection of LPG or CNG through the intake manifold and serves as a secure feed-through for the polyamide hose inside the intake manifold. A rubber gas hose can be attached to the outside of the manifold, creating a tight connection on both sides.

The adapter is screwed into the intake manifold via an M10x1 thread and establishes the connection between the external gas supply system and the internal injection point extension using a 6 mm polyamide hose. The precisely manufactured feedthrough is ideal if the actual injection point is to be positioned lower down in the intake manifold, e.g. closer to the intake valve. ©HybridSupply

Made of brass, the connection offers high temperature resistance and mechanical resilience. The design ensures a reliable seal both on the pressure side and inside the intake manifold.

Notes on safe use:

  • Installation must only be carried out by qualified specialist personnel when the system is depressurised.
  • To ensure tightness, the adapter must be screwed in with a suitable sealant or sealing disc.
  • A complete leak test must be carried out before commissioning.
  • Only intended for use with LPG or CNG systems - not suitable for liquid fuels.
  • Polyamide hose must be inserted correctly and secured if necessary to prevent slippage during pressure pulses.
