LPG reducers & CNG pressure regulators for gas systems

LPG reducers and CNG pressure regulators are grouped here together with everything needed to keep them running: reducers (vaporisers) for autogas systems, CNG pressure regulators, regulators and pumps for liquid LPG injection, plus repair kits, solenoid coils and fittings. HybridSupply supplies them as a wholesaler to conversion centres, garages and autogas dealers – with parts from system makers such as Prins, BRC, Landi Renzo, KME and Lovato and component makers such as Tomasetto, Zavoli and Ventrex.

More sub categories:

Subcategories: reducers, regulators and repair parts

  • LPG reducers: reducers for sequential and Venturi systems, from the Lovato RGE090 (20–90 kW) to the Prins eVP 500 (370 kW), plus OEM versions for factory-fitted LPG models from Dacia, Renault and Fiat.
  • LPG pressure regulators: regulators for ICOM liquid injection systems and for the EasyJet/Autronic Mistral II.
  • LPG repair kits: diaphragm, seal and repair kits for reducers from more than 25 manufacturers, including legacy systems such as Bedini, Koltec and Voltran.
  • CNG pressure regulators: retrofit units from BRC, Tomasetto, Landi Renzo and Bigas, plus Ventrex and Metatron OEM parts for factory natural gas models, e.g. VW, Mercedes-Benz and Iveco.
  • CNG repair kits: repair and seal kits for CNG regulators from Landi Renzo, Lovato, Tomasetto, Tartarini and BRC.
  • Pumps (LPI): ICOM pumps for JTG systems and Vialle’s PTC 60 in-tank set.
  • Solenoid coils & cores: replacement coils and cores for reducer and regulator shut-off valves.
  • Accessories: gas and water connections, safety valves, MAP connections and CNG pressure gauges.

Reducer, LPI regulator or CNG regulator?

Which component a system needs depends on how it stores and injects the fuel:

  • LPG with vapour injection or Venturi mixer: the reducer turns the liquid autogas into vapour using heat from the coolant circuit and holds it at a constant working pressure – 1.4 bar at 2.5 to 30 bar inlet pressure on the OMVL CPR Linx, according to the product data.
  • LPG with liquid injection (LPI): the autogas stays liquid up to the injector. Instead of a reducer, these systems use a fuel pump and their own pressure regulator, for example ICOM JTG.
  • CNG (natural gas): natural gas is stored as a compressed gas and does not need vaporising. The CNG regulator lowers the storage pressure – up to 260 bar inlet on the Tomasetto AT12, according to the product data – to the working pressure of the injectors.

For conversion centres and workshops

Besides complete units, HybridSupply stocks the small parts that mainly matter for repairs, such as safety valves, valve mountings or the retrofit ring against whistling on Prins VSI reducers. Tomasetto quick guides and repair instructions for reducers and regulators are available in English, Italian and Spanish, and further documents are sorted by manufacturer in the downloads section. How an LPG reducer works, what typical faults look like and when a repair makes sense is covered in our LPG reducer guide on the blog.

Net prices and ordering are open to trade customers who sign in with a dealer account. Vehicle owners asking about a new regulator or a repair are referred by HybridSupply to a trade partner and a fitting workshop – the request goes through the contact form.
