HANA H2001 LPG injector for KME, STAG and other LPG conversion & CNG kits, designed for the injection of autogas or natural gas.
A distinction is made between the gold-coloured UNI Type A injectors, where the flow rate can be reduced to Types B/C/D using screw-in nozzles, and the blue Type A+ injectors, which are primarily used in more powerful engines. Please refer to the technical specifications for precise information on the power ranges.

Safety and warning notices
Safety and operating instructions for the injector
1. Maintain the specified fuel pressure
- Operating pressure: 0.5 to 2.0 bar
- Maximum pressure: 3.5 bar
Note: If the injector is supplied with gas at a pressure exceeding 3.5 bar, this may prevent the injector from opening properly, which could cause the engine to stall.
2. Use the specified peak and holding currents
- Peak current: 4 A
- Hold current: 2 A
Warning: Continuous operation at current levels exceeding the specified values may adversely affect the injector’s service life.
3. Prevent the ingress of contaminants – use of a gas filter is mandatory
To prevent contaminants such as metal shavings, oils or tar, the use of a gas filter is mandatory to prevent foreign matter from entering the injector.
Note: Contaminants can impair the injector’s flow control.
4. Mandatory leak test for rail assembly during on-site installation
Please ensure that a leak test is carried out when installing the rail on site to prevent any potential leaks.
5. Prohibition on the use of volatile substances for cleaning the injector
Only filtered air should be used for cleaning. Avoid using volatile substances such as WD40 for cleaning, as these can damage the injector’s rubber components, including the piston rubber seat and O-rings.
