The Tomasetto connection and conversion kit is designed for fitting an external LPG shut-off valve upstream of a compatible Tomasetto reducer. It provides an adapter from an 8 mm flexible or thermoplastic pipe to an 8 mm copper pipe.
The kit is used when the gas-carrying thermoplastic hose is to be connected to the reducer via an externally mounted shut-off valve. The coordinated connection components enable a compact and professional adaptation of the pipework.

Notes:
- Installation, maintenance and repair work on LPG systems must only be carried out by suitably qualified specialist personnel.
- Before work begins, the LPG conversion kit must be completely depressurised and the electrical supply switched off.
- Before installation, check that the kit is compatible with the shut-off valve, reducer and existing pipework being used.
- Flexible, thermoplastic and copper pipes must be laid without tension, free from kinks and protected against chafing and vibrations.
- The copper pipe must be fitted correctly using the connection and sealing components provided for this purpose.
- Damaged, deformed or already over-stressed pipework and sealing components must not be reused.
- After installation, the entire connection must be checked for leaks and proper function using a suitable method.
- The vehicle must not be operated if any leaks or damaged components are detected.
