Dekaseal 8936 is a high-quality, permanently tacky sealant designed for OEM/professional use. The areas of use and application are diverse and can be extended as required.
To date, Dekaseal 8936 has been used in bus, caravan, motorhome, commercial vehicle and even train construction, among others.
The sealant must always be applied between a mechanical joint.

Substrates: ABS, aluminium, sheet metal, wood, lacquers, OMMA, PMMA, plywood, etc.
Sealing of: Cover strips, drains, superstructures, Bore holes, roof structures, culverts and openings, rubber - glass joints, flaps, pipes, holes, trims, etc.
Installationof: Windows, dome lights, or similar in caravans, wagon, container construction.
And much more.
Resistance to, among other things: Water, road salt, weathering.
Proper application:
The sealant can be applied with a hand gun or compressed air gun (2-3 bar required).
The substrate must be clean, dry and free of grease. Excess material can be dabbed off after installation without leaving any residue.
The sealant remains slightly tacky after drying, but is odourless and compatible with paint.

Dekaseal 8936 cannot be painted over.
