Safety instructions and warnings
Safety instructions for KME reducers EXTREME up to 300KW:
1. before installing the reducer, ensure that all power sources are switched off.
2. use only approved and compatible refrigerants in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications.
3. ensure that all connections are properly tightened and sealed to prevent leaks.
4. have maintenance and repairs carried out by qualified personnel only.
5. always keep a safe distance from all moving parts of the reducer.
6. clean the reducer regularly according to the manufacturer's instructions.
7. switch off the reducer and disconnect the mains plug before carrying out maintenance work.
8. check all safety devices regularly and replace defective parts immediately.
9. observe all local and national safety regulations when operating the reducer.
10. always keep the vaporiser area clean and free of flammable materials.
