Safety instructions for dummy plugs for AEB injector rail (temperature sensor)

• The dummy plug may only be installed by experienced specialist personnel.
• The injectors must be completely drained before installing the dummy plug.
• No repairs or maintenance work may be carried out on the injector rail while the dummy plug is installed.
• The dummy plug must not be installed if the injector rail is still pressurised.
• Ensure that the dummy plug is firmly and securely installed before the injector rail is put back into operation.
• No changes may be made to the injector rail or the dummy plug.
• If the dummy plug is damaged or no longer fits securely, it must be replaced immediately.
