Prins has reduced the number of LPG reducers -> all future LPG reducers will have a MAP connection.
For turbo engines, a MAP reducer with MAP sensor is strongly recommended. On normally aspirated engines, the MAP port is not used and should be left open, it now functions as a vent hole.
To avoid dirt and moisture in the reducer, it is recommended to connect a 5mm hose to the MAP connection and position it with the opening facing downwards.

1. follow the manufacturer's instructions for installation and operation of the reducer.
2. ensure that the reducer is properly connected to the MAP connection.
3. regularly check the condition of the reducer, in particular for leaks or damage.
4 Only use spare parts and accessories approved by the manufacturer.
5 Switch off the reducer before carrying out maintenance work or repairs.
6 Observe the manufacturer's safety instructions for handling and storing fuel or gas.
7. keep the reducer and its surroundings clean and free of dirt.
8. avoid contact with hot surfaces or flames.
9. keep children and pets away from the reducer and its components.
10. if problems or doubts arise, contact a qualified specialist or the manufacturer.
