The Parker LPG filling hose is used for refuelling refillable gas bottles, camper propane tanks, autogas tanks with 4-hole fittings and other suitable LPG tanks. With an internal diameter of 12 mm, it allows for a high gas flow rate and is particularly suitable for filling lines where flexible and space-saving installation is required.
The flexible hose design facilitates installation even in confined spaces. The filling hose has 3/4-16-UNF threaded connections at both ends and is intended for use in LPG filling systems in accordance with its specified type approval.

Safety and warning notices
Notes:
- LPG is a highly flammable compressed gas. Leaking gas can form an explosive mixture with air.
- Installation, maintenance and repair work must only be carried out by qualified specialist personnel.
- Before work commences, the LPG conversion kit must be completely depressurised. Ignition sources, open flames, sparks and smoking are prohibited in the work area.
- The hose must only be used within the specified operating pressure and temperature range.
- Before installation, the hose, connections and threads must be checked for damage, contamination and deformation.
- Hoses that are damaged, porous, kinked, crushed or severely abraded must not be fitted or reused.
- The hose must not be twisted, subjected to tensile stress or fitted with an excessively tight bend radius.
- The hose assembly must be protected from chafing points, sharp edges, moving components, excessive heat and direct mechanical stress.
- Hoses and fittings must not be shortened, drilled out, re-crimped or otherwise modified.
- Only matching counter-fittings suitable for the respective LPG system must be used.
- The threaded connections must be fitted without tension and assembled using the tightening procedure specified for the connection.
- After installation and following any maintenance, a full leak test must be carried out using a suitable leak detector or testing device.
- Open flames must never be used for leak detection.
- During the first refuelling, the hose and connections must be monitored for leaks, deformation and unusual movement.
- If a smell of gas is detected or a leak is found, the refuelling process must be stopped immediately. Ignition sources must be avoided and the area must be adequately ventilated.
- The hose assembly must be checked regularly, and before long journeys, for secure fit, ageing, abrasion and other damage.
- Only a soft cloth and suitable mild cleaning agents should be used for cleaning. Aggressive chemicals and solvents can damage the hose material.
- During prolonged storage, the hose must be kept in a dry, cool place, free from tension and protected from direct sunlight, ozone, chemicals and sharp objects.
- Removed or damaged hose assemblies must be disposed of in accordance with local waste disposal regulations.
