The BRC 3-cylinder in-line set is designed to ensure the precise injection of gaseous fuel into the intake tract in LPG conversion kits and CNG kits. The inliners make it possible to move the injection point within the intake ports closer to the intake valves, thereby adapting the gas supply to the specific intake geometry.
The set is designed for 3-cylinder engines and contains the components required for three intake ports. Inliners are used in particular when the position of the injector nozzles in the intake manifold, as permitted by the engine’s design, does not correspond to the desired injection point.

Notes:
- Installation, adjustment and maintenance must only be carried out by qualified specialists with appropriate knowledge of LPG kits or CNG kits.
- Before work commences, the LPG conversion kit must be completely depressurised and the electrical supply to the LPG conversion kit must be switched off.
- The position, length and alignment of the inliners must be correctly determined in accordance with the specific intake manifold geometry and engine application.
- The inliners must be securely fastened and must not come loose or enter the intake tract whilst the engine is running.
- When working on the intake manifold, ensure that no drilling chips, foreign objects or other debris enter the intake tract.
- The components must not be used if any damage, deformation or other defects are detected.
- After installation, all gas-carrying connections must be checked for leaks.
- Following installation or any change to the injection position, the LPG conversion kit must be checked for proper functioning and correct tuning.
