Sika Boom®-163 Evolution is a single-component, self-expanding PU filling and insulating foam for joints and cavities, particularly around window and door frames and pipe and cable penetrations.
- Low in monomers: Very low content of free isocyanate monomers, at less than 0.1 per cent.
- Flexible: Low curing pressure; suitable for both internal and external applications.
- Insulating properties: Good thermal insulation and effective sound insulation.
- Application: Ready to use; can be applied using an adapter and, once cured, can be cut, sanded and painted over.
