Sika® Primer-209 D is a black pigmented, solvent-based polyurethane primer. It reacts with atmospheric moisture and forms a thin, film-forming adhesive layer that serves as a link between the substrate and the adhesive. The primer was specially developed for the pre-treatment of bonding surfaces in combination with Sikaflex® adhesives and shows excellent adhesion to certain plastics even without the prior use of a Sika® activator.
