Phoenix Smart IP43 chargers stand for intelligent charging with innovative technology. The charger can be set up, monitored and, if necessary, updated via a Bluetooth interface using a smartphone, tablet, etc.
Intelligent charging algorithms
The Victron Phoenix Smart automatically adapts to the battery. It charges lithium (LiFePo4), AGM, gel and classic lead-acid batteries, such as those used in car batteries. The battery management system selects the appropriate charging level depending on how the rechargeable battery is used. The storage mode protects the battery. It is activated automatically after 24 hours in standby mode. This maintenance during idle mode minimises the ageing of the battery.
Always the right amount of charge
If the battery is only slightly discharged, overcharging is reliably prevented. Even deeply discharged rechargeable batteries can be fully recharged (reconditioning for lead-acid batteries). Like the ancient legendary figure, the modern smart Phoenix IP43 stands for many life cycles and even resurrection.
Robust and environmentally friendly
The IP43 protection class guarantees effective protection against solid foreign bodies and falling water spray. Phoenix Smart is therefore also suitable for outdoor use on boats and motorhomes. Thanks to its efficient energy utilisation with a high efficiency of 92 to 94 percent, Phoenix Smart IP43 is extremely economical.
