The degree of energy utilisation can be of decisive importance for numerous applications (especially for off-grid solar and/or wind power systems). The energy utilisation factor of a charge cycle (discharge from 100% to 0% and recharge to 100%) is 92% for this battery.
The battery does not have to be fully charged. The operating life even increases slightly if the battery is only partially charged instead of fully charged.
In addition, this battery impresses with a high operating temperature range, excellent cyclisation, low internal resistance and high efficiency.
This LiFePo4 battery has an integrated cell equalisation and cell monitoring function. Up to 10 rechargeable batteries can be connected in parallel and up to four 12 V batteries or two 24 V batteries can be connected in series, so that a 48 V battery bank of up to 3000 Ah can be built up. The cables of the cell equalisation/monitoring function can be linked together and must be connected to a battery management system (BMS).
