This direct refuelling set offers the advantage over conventional variants that an additional non-return valve is integrated in the filling valve. This creates a redundant safety system that serves as additional protection in the event that the non-return valve in the cylinder valve should fail.

Note:
Please note that in Germany, according to the current regulation, it is not permitted to fill a refillable gas bottle directly at the petrol station. A remote refuelling system must always be installed. This set is therefore only intended for use in emergencies or in countries where this type of refuelling is permitted.
Safety instructions and warnings
General safety instructions:
- Only use the fuelling nozzle as described in the operating instructions.
- Ensure that the filler neck is free of dirt, oil and other contaminants before using it.
- Inspections and maintenance work may only be carried out by trained specialists.
Warnings on installation and use:
- Explosion hazard: only fit the filler neck to approved refillable gas bottles and check that the bottle is completely empty before fitting.
- Risk of leakage: After attaching the filler neck, always check for leaks. Use a suitable leak detector for this purpose, but do not use naked flames.
- Caution with mechanical loads: Avoid any mechanical stress on the filler neck (e.g. from knocks, leverage or strong twisting).
- Only for authorised gases: The filler neck may only be used with propane and butane. To avoid serious accidents, do not use any other gases.
Handling propane/butane and other gases:
- Only fill the refillable gas bottle in well-ventilated areas.
- Ensure that there are no ignition sources (such as naked flames, sparks or electrical appliances) in the vicinity.
- Store the filler neck away from sources of heat, direct sunlight and in a dry, well-ventilated room.
Labelling and documentation:
- Regularly check the labelling of the filling spout for legibility. If it becomes illegible, the filler neck must not be used until it has been re-labelled.
- Keep the operating instructions and all technical documents to hand so that you can access them immediately if required.
Warnings for end users:
- Caution: Filling refillable gas bottles directly via the filler neck may not be permitted in some countries and under certain regulations. Make sure that use is permitted at the planned location.
- Note: In the event of leaks or defects in the filler neck, it must no longer be used. Contact the manufacturer or a qualified specialist company for repairs or replacement.
