The Thule supplementary tension pole for wall-mounted awnings, with a projection of 2.75 m, ensures that the awning fabric remains properly tensioned. The tension pole is made of anodized aluminum, making it light and sturdy. First you extend the awning and place the tension pole. Then turn the awning back in until the tension rod locks in place between the front and rear frame. The tension pole provides extra stability, making the awning more resistant to wind.
