Mounting adapter to mount the Thule Sport G2 Hobby bicycle carrier on Hobby caravans models from 2015. These caravans have a special rail and limited space above the rear window that makes it impossible to mount the standard Thule Sport G2 Hobby bicycle carrier.

The adapter is a rectangular aluminum profile cut to length.

To mount the bicycle carrier, the standard mounting rail of the Thule Sport G2 Hobby bicycle carrier must be mounted upside down in the Hobby rail. The adapter fits perfectly in the space between the rail and the vehicle. This Thule adapter is officially approved by the Hobby manufacturer.

For Hobby caravans that are standard equipped with the Thule bicycle carrier by the Hobby manufacturer, this adapter is not necessary because a cut-out has been made in the Hobby rail.

The Thule adapter for Hobby caravans 2014 cannot be used due to the shape of the new Hobby rail and the brake light in the middle. Can be used in combination with the Thule Sport G2 Hobby bicycle carrier.
