LOCTITE® 5203 300ml, red - methacrylate-based gasketing product

Features and benefits:

Loctite 5203 is a special surface sealant that has a high resistance to negative pressure immediately after assembly of the flanges. It generally seals butt joints in a joint between two solid metal surfaces or flanges. Compared to other surface sealants, Loctite 5203 is relatively easy to remove later, so it does not form a permanent seal.

It cures very quickly in the joint and can withstand low pressure immediately after the flanges are joined, after curing it achieves medium strength and durability of the seal. Loctite 5203 gasket is primarily intended for aluminium, where it has the best properties, but it can be used for metals in general. Another advantage is that, thanks to the flat gasket, there is no contact between the flange surfaces, which prevents contact corrosion.
