Features and Benefits:

LOCTITE SF 7649 is designed to increase the cure speed of LOCTITE anaerobic adhesives and sealants without significantly affecting the strength of the joint.

It is especially recommended for applications with passive metals or inert surfaces and with large bonding gaps. LOCTITE SF 7649 offers good performance at low curing temperatures and is recommended when the application temperature is below 15°C.

  • Causes serious eye irritation.
  • May cause drowsiness and dizziness.
  • May be fatal if swallowed and enters airways.
  • Toxic to aquatic organisms with long lasting effects.

Precautionary statements:

  • Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames and other sources of ignition. Do not smoke.
  • Keep container tightly closed.
  • In case of contact with eyes: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove any contact lenses if possible. Continue rinsing.
  • If you feel unwell, call a poison centre or doctor.
  • Avoid release to the environment.

Operating instructions:

  • The product should be used in well ventilated areas with adequate respiratory protection.
  • It is recommended to wear gloves and safety goggles when handling.
  • The product should be tested for compatibility with the materials to which it will be applied before use.
  • The application temperature should be between 15 and 25 degrees Celsius.

Disposal instructions:

  • The product and its packaging should be disposed of in accordance with local regulations.
  • Do not discharge into drains, the environment or groundwater.
  • Empty or unusable products should be returned for disposal.
