  • Product description

Features and benefits:

Loctite 640 is a fastener primarily used to join flush cylindrical parts. However, it is intended for longer lasting fastenings, whether due to the size of the components to be fastened or the complexity of the design, for example. For this reason, Loctite 640 has an extended curing time.

The fastener hardens in the joint between two metal surfaces without access to air. After application and curing, it secures the construction against unintentional loosening. In addition, Loctite 640 is a very resistant fastener against vibrations and impacts. Typical applications of Loctite 640 are the fastening of keys and tongues, flush cylindrical parts, bearings, sleeves, bushes and the like.
