Features and benefits:
Loctite 640 is a fastener that is primarily used to connect flush cylindrical parts. However, it is intended for longer-lasting fixing, whether due to the size of the components to be fixed or, for example, the complexity of the structure. This is why Loctite 640 has an extended curing time.
The fastener hardens in the joint between two metal surfaces without air access. After application and curing, it secures the structure against unwanted loosening. In addition, Loctite 640 is a highly resistant fastener against vibrations and shocks. Typical uses of Loctite 640 include the fastening of keys and tongues, flush cylindrical parts, bearings, sleeves, bushings and the like.
