The VOTRONIC Info Panel has proven itself excellently since its market launch and has now been extended in its functions. It is particularly popular because it takes over the most important control and switching tasks in the motorhome, and does so in a particularly compact form. It monitors the fresh water, waste water and holding tanks as well as the on-board and starting battery. It also has a main switch for the on-board battery and a main pump switch for the fresh water supply. Both, of course, with switch-on control.
The voltage display on the left side of the Info Panel Pro is used to monitor the on-board and starter battery. The illuminated dot display provides a fairly accurate indication of the battery voltages, as intermediate values are also easy to read due to neighbouring illuminated dots shining with different brightnesses. At the touch of a button, the on-board or starter battery voltage is selected or the display is switched off. When the battery voltage is low, red indicators warn that the battery needs to be recharged soon.
The fill levels of the tanks are displayed as clearly arranged light bars, each with 10 LEDs in three colours, which allows the exact recording of the tank fill levels at a glance. The displays work continuously, as intermediate levels are displayed with variable brightness, so that trends can also be recognised immediately. When filling and emptying the tanks, the constantly rising or falling display provides the user with a direct image of the current fill level and thus enables complete control of the process. The continuous operation of the display also contributes to this. At the push of a button, the display can be switched on and off, or it switches off again automatically after approx. 10 minutes. The tank display on the right-hand side of the Info Panel Pro can also be switched to two measuring inputs (e.g. waste water and faeces tank) as standard. For each tank gauge and tank used, one of the VOTRONIC tank level sensors must be selected according to tank content, tank height and mounting option on the tank. Tank gauges that are not required (e.g. faecal) are simply left blank.
The Info Panel Pro is protected against incorrect polarity and overload. The connections are easily accessible and are led out on the labelled rear side via 6.3 mm flat plugs (power connections) and screw terminals (signal connections).
Detailed installation and operating instructions as well as a drilling template for the furniture cut-out are included in the delivery. The particularly low installation depth of only 15 mm allows the unit to be mounted in almost any position, and the storage space behind it can still be used. When switched off, the unit and all tank level sensors are completely de-energised.
Notes:
- The individual tank indicators of the Info Panel Pro can also be assigned to 2 tanks each (e.g. indoor/outdoor tank, summer/winter operation, auxiliary tank, etc.). Single switches 2xUM are suitable for switching, e.g. switch panel 16 A S art. no. 1289 or switch panel 2x16 A S art. no. 1291.
- Previous transducers, tank sensor sets and tank probes that work according to the conductive measuring method (conductivity) are no longer suitable due to the 7-step measurement and for continuous operation on the Info Panel Pro.
