Votronic LED Tank Display HE 010

The VOTRONIC tank gauges were designed for accurate level measurement in emergency vehicles. A display system consists of a tank sensor for measurement at the tank and a separate display unit. When using the standard voltage signal 0...10 V, several indicators can be operated at the tank sensor.

All components are very robustly constructed, waterproof, designed for 12 V and 24 V on-board voltage and completely vibration-proof. They are processor-controlled and run safety checks internally on an ongoing basis.

The LED tank display HE has been specially designed for rough use in fire-fighting vehicles and is used for precise indication of the extinguishing tank in the vehicle. It is designed as a panel version for installation in display panels and is available with two standardised measuring signals (0...10 V or 4...20 mA). This means that the device can not only be used for the VOTRONIC tank sensor FW, but can also be operated on sensors from other manufacturers with the same standard signals.

The fill level is displayed in 3 colours with 10 super-bright light-emitting diodes as an infinitely variable light bar, which allows the tank contents to be recorded precisely at a glance. An integrated photo element controls the display brightness so that the display is not dazzling at night and is easy to read during the day even in full sunlight, even from an unfavourable viewing angle. The compact design and low installation depth are particularly advantageous. By simply connecting up to 4 LED tank displays HE 010 in parallel, the tank content can be checked at almost any point on the vehicle. The display unit is waterproof, vibration-proof and protected against polarity reversal and overvoltage.

Note:These components, which are tuned to industrial standard signals (0...10 V or 4...20 mA), allow operation with other makes, but do not work together with the VOTRONIC tank gauge system for motorhomes, caravans and off-road vehicles.
