Safety instructions for Votronic Automatic Charger VAC 1220/30 Duo without emergency start function:
- Please read the operating instructions carefully before commissioning and observe all safety and operating instructions.
- The device may only be installed, maintained and repaired by qualified personnel.
- Do not open or dismantle the appliance. No modifications or repairs may be carried out except by authorised specialist personnel.
- Before connecting or disconnecting the batteries, stop the charging process and switch off the device.
- Always connect the batteries in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. Observe the correct polarity.
- Protect the device from moisture and direct sunlight.
- Do not use or store the device near flammable materials.
- Observe the operating temperature range of the device. It must not be exposed to extreme heat, cold or moisture.
- Do not leave the device unattended while charging or discharging.
- Disconnect the appliance from the power supply before carrying out maintenance or cleaning work.
- If problems or malfunctions occur, take the appliance out of operation immediately and contact customer service.
- Do not use the appliance with wet hands or in a damp environment.
- Keep the appliance out of the reach of children.
- If the appliance is damaged, do not attempt to use it again.
