SikaPower®-4720 black - 195ml

SikaPower-4720 is a 2-component, high-strength epoxy-based adhesive with excellent adhesion properties on a wide range of substrates. It has been specially developed for bonding metal or composite components. Integrated glass beads ensure a controlled, optimum adhesive layer thickness of 0.25 mm. The adhesive cures at room temperature to form a rigid bond.

SikaPower-4720 is suitable for bonding components that are exposed to high dynamic loads, such as door outer skin, rear panelling, roof skin or side panels. The adhesive is not suitable for bonding structural components such as sills, cross members or engine mounts. Common materials are metals, especially aluminium (also anodised and rolled) and cold-rolled steel, as well as GRP. Sheet metal processed with SikaPower-4720 can be spot-welded as long as the adhesive has not yet cured.
