CAMPKO LPG filling valves HK Flat are equipped with their own non-return valve and guarantee a high standard of safety when refuelling gas tanks or refillable gas bottles with LPG.
Should the non-return valve on the LPG tank fail, the escaping gas is blocked by the CAMPKO HK Flat filling point.
CAMKO HK flat filling valves are installed in motorhomes, camper vans or caravans for refuelling camper propane tanks or refillable gas cylinders. The CAMPKO filling point is often referred to as an "external filling point", as it is attached to the external bodywork and allows the refuelling of LPG at an LPG filling station from the outside without having to connect the filling gun directly to the tank or refillable gas cylinder. In addition, the non-return valve integrated in the CAMPKO LPG filling valve provides additional safety compared to direct refuelling at the LPG tank or refillable gas cylinder.
CAMPKO HK flat LPG filling points are also used in the automotive sector for retrofitting vehicles with LPG. Due to their specific design, they are often attached to the bumper or in the immediate vicinity of the tank as LPG filler necks on commercial vehicles or pick-ups.

1. product description
The LPG filling valve is used for the safe refuelling of gas tanks and refillable gas bottles. It has an automatic 80% filling stop valve that prevents overfilling and is designed for operation in a pressure range of up to 3 MPa (30 bar) and temperatures between -20 °C and +65 °C.

2.1 General safety warnings
WARNING: The product may only be used by qualified personnel or in accordance with the instructions in this manual.
WARNING: There is a risk of explosion and asphyxiation when working on LPG systems. If you are unsure, contact a specialised workshop.
2.2 Conditions of use
Caution: Never refuel LPG tanks or cylinders unattended. Always keep an eye on the counter on the petrol pump during the refuelling process. Before and after refuelling, check all gas lines and the gas container for possible leaks.
Attention: The fuelling valve may only be operated within the specified pressure and temperature range:
- Maximum operating pressure: 3 MPa (30 bar)
- Temperature range: -20 °C to +65 °C
2.3 Risks due to gas leaks
WARNING: Check the filling valve and connections for leaks before, during and after each use. Check with a leak detection spray or soap solution. If there is a smell of gas or leaks, take the system out of operation immediately and call in specialised personnel.
2.4 Overfilling
WARNING: Never fill your LPG tank with more than the specified maximum filling quantity.
2.5 Mechanical damage
Caution: Avoid knocks or blows to the valve, as these can impair the tightness.
Note: Damaged valves or connections must not be used and must be replaced immediately.
3 Assembly instructions
1. preparation
Ensure that the valve and LPG tank are free of dirt and damage. Check all connections and seals before installation.
2 Fitting the filling valve
Screw the filling valve firmly onto the connection provided on the LPG tank or refillable gas bottle. Tighten the connection with a suitable tool to prevent leaks.
Note: Then check the connection for leaks.
3. refuelling
Screw an appropriate LPG gas connector from the country onto the filling valve and connect the petrol station nozzle to the filling valve. Start refuelling and observe the process. Refuelling is stopped automatically at 80% of the maximum filling quantity. After refuelling has stopped, disconnect the nozzle and close the protective cap of the filling valve.
4 Maintenance and inspection
Regular inspection
Check the filling valve before, during and after each use for visible damage, soiling and possible leaks.
Maintenance intervals
The valve has no fixed maintenance intervals and is checked by a specialist for possible leaks and damage as part of a gas test.
5 Disposal
The product consists of metal and plastic parts and must not be disposed of with household waste. Dispose of the defective valve at certified recycling centres or specialist workshops.
