Petrol pressure emulators for vehicles without petrol return line
Petrol pressure emulators are used when a vehicle has a returnless petrol system and the petrol pressure is electronically monitored or regulated. During gas operation, the engine runs on LPG or CNG, but the petrol control unit still expects plausible signals from the petrol pressure system. The emulator reproduces the corresponding signal so that no incorrect pressure detection or error message occurs. Depending on the vehicle, engine control, gas system and signal processing, different petrol pressure emulators are used. The selection of the right module depends on the vehicle model, manufacturer, control unit, connection type and existing system configuration.
