CNG | Natural Gas

The natural gas tank, also called CNG tank, serves as a storage tank for natural gas fuel in natural gas-powered vehicles and trucks. Natural gas tanks are mainly made of steel or composite material (composite). They are filled with a pressure of about 200 bar.

CNG tanks are usually installed in the vehicle floor in passenger cars. In trucks or commercial vehicles, CNG tanks are often mounted on the loading area, between the driving position or behind the driver's cab on top of each other.
