Gas filters at the cylinder and tank connection
Gas filters for gas cylinders and LPG tanks perform a similar protective function to filters on regulator systems, but are installed at a different position. They are mounted directly at the outlet of the gas cylinder, refillable gas cylinder or LPG tank and filter the gas flow before it reaches the downstream hose, regulator or pipe system. This helps reduce oily residues, aerosols and other impurities before they can reach sensitive components such as gas pressure regulators, changeover systems, valves, gas lines or connected gas appliances. Depending on the installation situation, straight, angled or compact designs are available, allowing the filter to be selected according to the connection, available space and routing of the gas line.
