CO and LPG detection in an RV
According to the manufacturer, the gas detector detects carbon monoxide (CO) and propane- and butane-based liquefied petroleum gas (LPG). These are the gases to consider when selecting an RV gas detector. The version without a gas alarm is an alarm siren with a battery monitor and does not detect gas.
Audible alarm and 12-volt battery monitoring
The sonsor siren adds an audible signal inside the vehicle or room to the alarm notification. Its built-in battery monitor can be used when connected directly to the vehicle's 12-volt supply. The connected battery's status is displayed in the sonsor app. The combined gas detector also includes siren and battery monitoring functions.
Match the main unit, connection and installation
Both product families can only be used with sonsor mobil, home or hub. The black, gray and white versions differ in color. Selection depends on the gas detection required, the existing main unit, and a connection and installation position that meet the manufacturer's instructions.
