What is the difference between sonsor mobil, home and hub?
- sonsor mobil: A mobile alarm system for motorhomes, travel trailers or boats, with LTE, Wi-Fi and GPS. Built-in sensors detect motion, vibration, sounds and indoor climate conditions, among other readings.
- sonsor home: A Wi-Fi alarm system for fixed locations such as houses, apartments or garages. Its sensors detect motion and changes in sound level, light, air quality, temperature and humidity.
- sonsor hub: A permanently installed main unit for perimeter protection. It detects opening or interruption of external door and window contacts and does not monitor the interior. The required contacts are added separately.
Plan the power supply and concealed installation
mobil and home are powered through USB-C. For hub, plan the permanent installation, wiring and required contacts together. Stands and wall mounts are listed separately as mounting accessories for compatible devices.
How do you adjust sensors to avoid false alarms?
The sensitivity and detection range of the built-in sensors can be adjusted in the app to suit the surroundings. Settings should take account of typical movement and sounds at the location. Choose the model according to the type of monitoring actually required.
