Dear Sir or Madam,
As part of our ongoing quality monitoring, we have received complaints regarding certain CAMPKO LPG high-pressure hoses. We are currently investigating the technical cause and the extent of any potential impact in collaboration with the manufacturer. A final assessment is not yet available.
If a crack forms, liquefied petroleum gas may leak. This poses a risk of fire or explosion, which could result in serious injury or damage to property.
We have therefore decided to withdraw all identified hoses from batch 11/25 from the market and replace them.
1. Products affected
This measure concerns CAMPKO LPG high-pressure hoses from batch 11/25 with the following HybridSupply item numbers:
103098, 103099, 103100, 103102, 103103, 103105, 103106, 103107, 103109, 103110, 103111, 103112, 103113, 103116, 103117, 105392, 105393, 107315 and 107316.
The batch code 11/25 on the fitting is the relevant reference.
The marking ‘10/2025’ on the hose may serve as an additional indication. If the batch cannot be clearly identified, the hose must not be sold, fitted or reused until the matter has been clarified.
Based on the information currently available, this recall and replacement campaign concerns batch 11/25. We do not currently have any similar findings regarding other batches. Regardless of this, any abnormalities, cracks or leaks in other batches must also be reported to HybridSupply immediately.
2. Immediate halt to sales and installation
Please implement the following measures without delay:
- Suspend the sale, delivery and installation of batch 11/25;
- block existing stock both physically and in the system;
- disable the relevant online services;
- Store stock separately and label it clearly;
- Do not alter or dispose of the hoses in question.
3. Inspection of products already delivered
Please check your records to see whether you have received or resold hoses from batch 11/25.
Our invoice date, from 19 December 2025 up to and including 10 June 2026, can serve as a guide for this.
Please note that not every delivery made during this period contained hoses from batch 11/25, nor was every hose model manufactured using this batch. This is therefore solely a precautionary check of products that may be affected.
If we are unable to match your details based on the information you have provided, please contact us, quoting your customer number.
Identifiable end customers must be informed without delay. Please use only the end-customer information provided by HybridSupply for this purpose.
4. Replacement at the customer’s premises
If a hose from batch 11/25 is identified, proceed as follows:
- The LPG system must not be used or refilled.
- The hose must be replaced by a qualified specialist firm.
- The removed hose must be stored in its entirety, including the fittings.
- The hose must not be disposed of, altered, cut up or examined without authorisation.

Please provide your customer number, the item number and the quantity required. The replacement will be supplied free of charge as part of the replacement scheme.
5. Recommendations for end customers
Should the inspection reveal that a hose from batch 11/25 has been fitted, the following measures must be carried out or observed,
• not to use the hose any further (not to refuel with it),
• do not alter or dispose of the hose,
• to contact the seller or the specialist company that installed it and have the hose replaced.
6. Feedback to HybridSupply
Please let us know by 21 July 2026 at the latest,
• whether you have any hoses from batch 11/25 in stock,
• what quantities have already been delivered to customers,
• whether you are aware of any other complaints or issues.
