Return Policy

Up to 100 days right of return

In Germany, the entrepreneurial buyer is generally not entitled to a distance selling cancellation right according to §§ 312d, 355 BGB. We voluntarily grant our customers a right of return of up to 100 days, taking into account the following criteria.

1. All products must be returned complete and undamaged, including the original packaging, so that they cannot be distinguished from a new item. The return shipment must therefore be made in an outer carton suitable for the product.
2. Control units are always delivered in shrink-wrapped additional packaging with an item label. If a control unit is returned, the additional packaging must be unopened and still labelled with the original article label.
3. A storage fee of 25% of the net value of the goods will be charged for the return of LPG tanks due to the increased handling costs. These include the replacement of the original packaging after the return shipment, the inspection for external integrity and the detailed inspection for completeness of the assembly accessories supplied.
4. Returns for standard products up to 30 days from the date of purchase will be accepted without additional surcharges. From 31 to 100 days from the date of purchase, we charge an additional storage fee of 10% of the net value of the goods.
5. Excluded from this regulation are all products with the delivery status "Not in stock - goods are procured after receipt of order" in the online shop (these are products that are procured individually for each customer), as well as products by the metre or customised products.
