The Unicoil anti-kink spring differs fundamentally from other springs. Made of stainless steel, unlike conventional anti-kink springs, it retains its fixed position instead of snapping back into its original shape. Nevertheless, it can be easily moved to a different radius at any time.
The Unicoil bending spiral consists of a stainless steel coil in various sizes, which is slid over the hose, and a flexible back, which is moulded into the desired shape by manual pressure.
It holds the hose in the specified shape and prevents it from collapsing or kinking. If required, several bending spirals can be used to allow multiple bends in the hose.
In these cases, the Unicoil bending spiral is the ideal solution!
- If suitable moulded hoses are not available.
- When the hose needs to achieve a certain bend without kinking.
- When the hose needs to be protected.
Assembly instructions:
1. slide the Unicoil sleeve to the desired bending point. Turn the metal rail running along the length of the sleeve to the inside of the bending angle.
2. press and bend the metal rail until the desired bending angle is reached.
