DINITROL 1000 SPRAY isa wax-based cavity product with very good penetration properties and has been developed for use in closed cavities, doors and other parts of vehicles.
It also provides long-term protection for spare parts that are stored or transported under highly corrosive conditions.
In addition, the product is used as an anti-corrosion agent in the production and repair market for lorries and buses.

Pre-treatment
The surface to be treated must be dry and clean. For optimum results, loose corrosion should be removed before application.
Application
DINITROL 1000 is applied by spraying with manual or semi-automatic application equipment.
Both airmix and airless equipment are suitable for the application of DINITROL 1000.
The application temperature should be between 15 and 30°C.
Recoating
The product can be recoated with underbody protection products such as DINITROL 4941, DINITROL 4942 or DINITROL 4010.
