What is Flashlube LPG?
Flashlube Valve Saver Fluid is a valvesaver fluid for LPG & natural gas vehicles. The additive is supplied to the engine via a Flashlube Electronic Valve Saver kit or the V-LUBE Electronic Valve Saver Kit dosing system and minimises valve seat recession in the upper cylinder area.
Flash Lube contains a combination of additives that cleans injectors and fuel systems, minimises fuel consumption and reduces emissions.
Flashlube Valve Saver Fluid has been specially developed for LPG/CNG converted engines and offers protection against valve seat recession.
Does it make sense to use Flash-Lube?
Not all engines are considered gas-proof and can be operated with LPG/CNG fuel. Whether an engine is gas-resistant or not often only becomes apparent in practice after a long period of driving.
LPG/CNG fuels have no additional additives and are therefore referred to as "dry-burning" fuels, which often burn at a higher temperature than petrol. The high thermal loads and the lack of protection of the additive-active components can lead to valve seat recession, valve burns, lack of power, loss of compression and premature engine failure.
It is therefore always advisable to use a suitable valve saver fluid as a precautionary measure so as not to negatively affect the longevity of the engine.

Flashlube Valve Saver Fluid forms a protective film or buffer in front of the valves and minimises metal-to-metal contact to stop valve seat recession.
Flashlube Valve Saver Fluid also contains a unique combination of additives that allow more complete combustion in the combustion chamber, reducing emissions and fuel consumption and improving performance.
The formulation contains concentrated detergents to allow deposits to mix with the gases burnt in the combustion chamber and maintain combustion efficiency.
