LPG pressure regulators for LPI and liquid LPG injection systems

LPG pressure regulators are used in autogas systems where no classic vaporisation takes place via a coolant-heated LPG reducer. In this category you will find LPG pressure regulators for special autogas systems, liquid LPG injection systems and system configurations in which the LPG continues to be routed in liquid form or is only converted into the gas phase at another point in the system. The pressure regulators are used to regulate the fuel pressure within the system according to the respective system function and support a controlled supply to the downstream components. LPG pressure regulators without coolant connection for special autogas systems

LPG pressure regulators differ from classic LPG reducers in that they are not connected to the vehicle’s coolant circuit and do not vaporise the autogas themselves. They are used, among other applications, in LPI gas systems with liquid LPG injection or in systems where vaporisation is carried out by a separate component, for example by a vaporising hose in Autronic or EasyJet applications. Depending on the system manufacturer and system version, different pressure regulators with various connection types, pressure ranges, bypass versions and designs are available. The selection of the right LPG pressure regulator depends on the gas system, injection principle, pressure range, connection version, engine power, installation position and existing system configuration.
